Cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations due to flight or train delays. Please note that no refund will be given.

Your guide may be waiting for you, so be sure to call us in advance to let us know that you will be late. However, please note that if it seems to be delayed significantly, it will be canceled on the day and no refund will be given.
